“Hi Rob,I finally got my wheel stripes applied to my 2019 Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX SE+. I love the look!Feel free to post my photo. I will take better photos when I can.Kind regards, ”
Gene May - Harley
“Just wanted to send you guys a pic of my Harley with the red reflective rim tape. I didn’t know how it would look because I hadn’t seen any Harley’s with rim tape, but I’m very happy. Looks great and it really sets my bike apart. Also, installation was very easy with the Stripe-It-All. Thanks for the great product and better customer service.”
Wesley Fukagawa - Kawasaki Z125
“Hi Rob,The Rimstripes really complete the look, I am still so very impressed every time I look at it. Just want to say that I’m super happy after installing my Rimstripes on my Kawasaki Z125 KRT edition! You guys rock! I love the look and having meaningful functionality of being reflective is icing on the cake. I never installed any type of rim tape before and wasn’t sure if I could really make it look professional. Plus my rims are very small (12”) so I was afraid the tape maybe couldn’t handle the tighter curve. But with your Stripe-It-All installation tool the job was a snap and no problems! Thanks for making a quality product and I’m glad I didn’t settle for some other pre-cut & pre-curved product. Thank you also for making the Factory Kawasaki Green color! Rimstripes are awesome! This matches the rest of my bike perfectly and now my bike has the same look as the Team Kawasaki WSBK team! Jonathan Rea would be proud! As you can see, I kept the factory “125” rim decals (I love those too!) and ran my Rimstripes up to both sides of it. Looks like a professional factory finish now, very awesome! Thanks again!”
Tom Smith - C7 GS
“Thanks for your great product. Black wheels needed some help and red 1/4 “ stripes really did the trick. Black wheels just don’t cut the mark without Stripe-It-All. Was at an IndyCar driver’s meeting at Road America yesterday. Lots of Corvettes, and my associates all agreed, black wheels need to be striped. Parked next to a similar vette at the meeting parking lot with black wheels and no stripes. It was lacking. After several power washes, the stripes are holding well. Through cleaning of the wheels before taping is important, as your video emphasized. Thanks again, as you saved me over $970.00 over the factory painted wheels price tag.”
Frank Dickof - 2017 FZ-10
Gas Tank Custom Striping
“I’m enclosing a few pics of my brand new hi-tech 2017 Yamaha FZ-10 naked sports bike. It comes in Armor Gray with those brilliant yellow wheels, but I felt it needed a splash of color to bring the gray and fluroscent yellow in harmony. First I striped the wheels with 1/4” 6017 Reflective Red tape, plus outlined a few items on the body with 1/8” 6017 tape. Then I used a bulk sheet of 047 Fluorescent Yellow vinyl which is an exact match for the wheels and laid a 2 1/4” strip over the tank, then overlaid 1/4” red stripes to bring it all together. Thanks.”
Tom Howe - Golf Car
“Rob,I wanted you to know that these rims have a very large bead, and the striping tool did pretty good, but because of the large bead on the rim( i supposed built that way to prevent unseating the rim from the tire in offroad situations) The tool was a little difficult to use. I made it work, but I thought you might think about that if you intend on trying to get offroaders to try pin striping on some of the offroad rims with large beads. Thanks for a great product. It was actually fun to use the tool. Simple and the directions made understanding use easier. ”
Stacey Kramer - Harley Trike
“These are pics of my 2019 TriGlide with 6041 blue tape on the wheels (1/4 in.) I think it came out great. Thank you, Stacey”
Peter Hay (New Zealand)
“Hi guys, I have just got around to fitting your stripes on my ducati. Without doubt the easiest system to use by a million miles. I have tried 3 other methods all with varying degree of crap. I’m so pleased to have come across your system on YouTube. Just watched the video and couldn’t believe how easy to apply. Absolutely brilliant system. I have attached some photos. Feel free to use if they are any use to you.”
Jim Decker - Black C7
“1/4 inch “Pewter” stripes on my aftermarket “Gunmetal Gray” Corvette rims. Subtle but it brings out the dark rims from the black car.”
Michael Williams - 2015 Torch Red Z51 Corvette
“Toughest part jacking the car up. I told him (cousin Pat) before installing that it was very important to make sure the portion of Wheels where tape was to be installed was absolutely clean of any wax or dirt to ensure good adhesion. I put the stripes on my 2015 Z51 almost 2 years ago and have had no problems with them. They still look great and have had no adhesive issues.”Cousin Pat: “I was able to install the rim stripes the same day I received them. The hardest part was jacking the car up with the wheels off the ground. After watching the video and reading the instruction sheets, installation was breeze. The rim stripes give a great look to the car. Thanks Rob”
Peter Colomvako - Dodge Challenger
“I’m extremely impressed with the color match to my sublime green paint. Great product and super easy installation.”
Paul Plavecsky Jr - Chevy S10
“Bought these a year ago....forgot I had them! What a difference they make.”
Kristen Zegar - 2007 CBR600
“Ryan, here are some pics of my bike finished. Tapeworks supercedes all with impeccable customer service and quality graphics! Rob and the team are incredibly knowledgeable. They duplicated oem size decals for my 07 600rr and the rimstripes are extremely high quality, best color selection on the web!! I’m a very pleased repeat customer, order with confidence, thanks Tapeworks! ”
Jorge Hoffman - Porsche Spyder4
“Hi Rob:Could not have done it properly without your magic tool, worked perfectly! Thanks, Jorge”
John DeNapoli - 2015 Honda CB300F
“Love the look! You make a great product!”
Jeff Richards Subaru
“Turned out...almost too easy with the tool.”
Bob Phillips - 2000 996
“Hi Rob, I have two bikes that carry your vinyl - 2001 748 and a 2000 996. The 2000 996 is yellow with metallic silver decals, just like the factory. That bodywork just came out of paint. The 2001 748 is red with black decals. This bodywork was painted about 4 years ago. I’ve swapped bodywork back and forth from several bikes.Late last year you provided me with some REALLY nice die-cut decals to complete my paintwork on my 2000 Ducati 996. This bike is my favorite bike of all time and I’ve owned many motorcycles throughout the years. I purchased it with 6,400 miles on it and it now has 83,000 miles on it. I commuted on it for many years and just kept going and going. Attached are the first photos of the bodywork in the paint booth. I’ll send more photos when I have the bike built back up. I have been very impressed with the quality of your work, especially the extra effort you put into small details like the Superbike 1 Wreath decals for the top of my fuel tank and the “campion del mundo superbike” decals on the tail. EXCELLENT! Don’t go anywhere Rob! I need you for the next bike I repaint!.Thank you and your team for the fantastic job on accurate decals for the bike. It makes ALL the difference! Well done!”
Jonathan Paisis - 2020 Lotus Evora GT
“It looks AMAZING. Thank you so much! Great Product. The reflectiveness really works well! Added cool factor and safety is a must! Also the reflectiveness is amazing even indirectly. People already think of my car as tron or something. Which is awesome! I might have to order another set of stripes just to make sure they are fresh as time wears on.”
Bob Phillips - 2001 748
“ I received my 748 side fairing graphics today and they look perfect. This is my 2001 748. All of the graphics are Tapeworks, however, the only new ones are the “748” ones on the side. I swapped the bodywork from my 996 to my 748, and updated the graphics to match. All of the photos are the same bike. One with the 996 on, then with them removed and the new 748 on. I have found, since I do die-cuts so infrequently, I use a dry-erase marker for Whiteboards to mark critical points and lay the decals on. It works well. Thanks Rob, as always, for making a quality product!! ”
Cathy Butler - 1996 CBR600
“Finally, I have attached a few pictures of my 1996 Honda CBR600F3 with yellow reflective Rimstripes. I don’t remember exactly when I put the Rimstripes on (probably @ 2006 or so?) or how many miles I put on the bike since I installed them but they are still sticking and reflecting just fine.”
Dennis Tempel - 2000 Honda Goldwing 1500 SE
“Hi, Rob,It finally warmed up enough here for me to clean up the wheels on my 2000 Honda Goldwing 1500 SE and use my newly acquired Stripe It All tool to put some pin stripes on her wheels. The bike is almost 20 years old and although I’ve had it for only 3 years, I’m sure the wheels have never been polished. So with a lot of elbow grease and Mothers Aluminum Polish, they cleaned up nicely from the years of road grime and brake dust! Next was installation of some custom decals I bought over the winter, followed by matching pin stripes applied using the Stripe It All tool. It took a bit of experimenting and practice with adjustments, alignment, pressure, etc. but I’m happy with the results for now. They’re not perfect (I’m real finicky) so I may have a do-over if it bugs me but I think they look pretty sharp!I got the striping from my local Canadian Tire. It’s red, 1/4” wide.”
John Gibson - 2002 ABT Wide bodied Audi TT
“Hi guys, just a quick note to say just finished the wheels on my 2002 ABT Wide bodied Audi TT and think it looks great with the help of you guys at stripe-it-all.Great product! Here are the answers to your questions:Q: Did you install with the wheels on the car and jack up a corner at a time?A: I applied the strips with the tire’s off the wheels as the wheels were getting powder coated and also it’s easier to handle.Q: Did you have one person holding the tool and another person rotating the wheel slow and steady? A: I did the application myself rotating the wheel slowly on a home made set up - a circular rotation plate from my sons TV under a cylinder shaped physiotherapy leg roller. ”
Earl Pennington - 2018 Polaris Slingshot SLR
“We have a 2018 Polaris Slingshot SLR. One of the first things we did when we bought it was order a matching stripping kit. I had seen one on a facebook post by someone who had done their Sling. After a test run to figure out how things worked, I went ahead and stripped the wheels. It’s a good thing you include extras as the first try was a little shaky. But it was a breeze after that. We had a bit left over so I used some to put a stripe on the top of the cup holders. The stripping tool works great and the stripes made our Sling stand out. Great product. Tapeworks is AWESOME.”
Steve Harper - 2014 Ninja 1000
“It is a perfect match! That is always hard to find! You have a great product. Thank you.”
James Ward - 2013 Kawasaki Concours
“This is my 2013 Kawasaki Concours sport tourer. The blue TapeWorks tape brought out a beautiful but subtle accent to an otherwise boring paint scheme. The tape was applied to the wheels, bags, side middle, and engine vents. The applicator for the wheels worked great. Thanks.”
Robert Spell - 2017 Polaris Slingshot SLR
“I love it, it looks great. Thanks for all your help and your patience. I tried other stripes before the Stripe-It-All and it didn’t look as good. The Stripe-It-All stripes are super easy to put on and look great. I tell all my friends about the Stripe-It-All product and I’m trying to get all my fellow slingshot riders to get it because you can put the reflective tape anywhere on your bike or car, not just on the rims. It will make it easier to see you and safer at night. And it looks good during the day. Thanks again.”
Bernard Blasko - 2017 Z51 Arctic White C7 Stingray
“Here are some pictures of my 2017 Z51 Arctic White Stingray. When I saw how great the wheels came out, I ordered another spool of tomato red tape and did the edges of the side skirts and the rear air intakes. The color is a good match for the Adrenaline Red interior color. Great product and an easy DIY project.”
Ian Owen - Gravely Mower
“I can’t stop; Its so fun and easy! Just looks trick! I’ve done 3 motorcycles in my garage. Here is a picture of my 99 Ford Mustang Cobra, 1/4” 6017 with reflective red rim stripe tape. Long time customer, I have used your Stripe it all tool on many motorcycles, this was my first-time on a car. Very fast and easy, car looks amazing! Love your Stripe it all tool so much, did my mower also!! Looks awesome!! And, here’s my 2017 Honda Ridgeline with 1/8” gloss fire red. Loving the color added to the grey/silver scheme! Used your stripe tool, worked perfect again. Thanks for the great tool and stripe tape!”
Ron Gallagher - 2008 Dodge Challenger

“I used your tool and red tape on my Mustang GT. Ingot Silver with red leather interior. Worked and looks great. I get many compliments.”
Alex Snell - FocusST
“That looks sick! I forgot to send you pics once I stripes my headlights but once again everything turned out awesome. I figured I’d send you some shots if you’d want to use for promotion. I’ll definitely be back and send everyone I can your way.”
Latoya McClean - Dodge Challenger
“Oh yes I luv it”
Anil Swami - Ducati Multistrada
“NICE. It looks Grrrrr8.“ (We did a bunch of items for Anil. MULTISTRADA bull graphics on the back of the side cases. Tri-color stripes on the gas tank, side cases, and upper fairing. Custom Tri-color rimstripes w/ imprinted MULTISTRADA lettering. Ducati Corse logo on the front fender. Distressed American Flags and a number of small “sponsor” logos.) THANK Q”
Tony Chapital - Screamin' Eagle 883 and helmet
“Boom!!!! Thanks Again Gentlemen. ALWAYS a Pleasure and ALWAYS PERFECT!”
Richard Huskins - Silver Z06
“Here are pictures of my Z06 with my red stripes. I think it looks great. Thanks.”
Bryon Morrison - 1995 CB1000
“What a great result I got from using your tool. My project was a spur-of-the-moment thought while out riding my motorcycle and I just happened to go into an AutoZone and found they had pinstripping. After I got home, I realized it was going to take forever to apply it, not counting the hours I spent cleaning the rims. I found your website via YouTube and ended up getting the tool. I finished it Saturday and went to a vintage motorcycle competition and, although my bike wasn’t entered, I drew lots of complements. BTW, starting and ending the stripping was the hardest to get right. The best method I found was to start, go around the rim about 95%, but not all the way, then pull up as much of the starting section that was wobbly and cut it, then continue with the end and overlap the starting section by 1/2 inch.”
“283 auto , ford rear end , Weiland rims , solid red reflective stripe on rear tires and red reflective stripe that breaks up on front tires.”
Andrew Jennings - CB750
“Please find attached some pictures of my Honda CB750 based Street Tracker with reflective orange rims stripes. Thanks to the Stripe-it-all they were a piece of cake to apply! Thanks!”
“Hi guys, installed 1/4 inch 6103 on my 2016 Mustang. Always liked the red stripe tires when I was a kid. Great product, as advertised and a fair price.”
Russell Davies - CBR600RR
“As promised, here is the CBR600rr track whip I promised to show after applying kit 1029. I can attest to the fact that all the advice you provide is good advice for applying large graphics. Discerning types will see my mistakes but at 150 mph or at 50-degrees lean angle (on the track not the road!) the bike looks fantastic. Thanks for making the kit available.”
“Many thanks, Rob, for the time you spent talking with me yesterday. I appreciate your advice and the tape samples and material to let me finish my first project.”
“Here are some photos of my GTS. Red tape matches calipers exactly. I have had several compliments there appearance . More importantly, I am happy I contacted your company. Thank you, Bill M.”
“Attached are current pictures of my 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 650R. I applied your decals on my motorcycle in 2009. These decals look the same as the day I applied them. I haven’t had to replace any of them or do any special care throughout the years. They have endured riding, washing, extreme weather conditions and general riding use. My bike is always garage kept with extreme heat and cold depending on the seasons. Thank you for an awesome product. I will always recommend you. Sincerely, Kelly Moore (biggest fan of Tapeworks)”
“Hello, I recently learned about your products. Ordered right away, and applied your 6008 striping to my ’67 Chevelle SS (gray centers), and my ’69 Camaro restomod. WOW! And the installation was a breeze. I’m waiting for more material from you so that I can do a few more cars!” 3/14/17”Hello Rob, I enjoyed your feature on Performance TV! Hopefully the exposure has meant good things for you! I just finished another application of your stripes. This car is a ’63 Olds Jetfire. I bought this car in 1988 when it was still original. Ten years later, I decided that I would make it into something different. It now has an LS motor, Ford 9 in. and Intro wheels. You will likely never see another one.” 7/31/17”Hello Rob, I’m honored to have my ’71 Camaro featured on, of all places, your front door!! WOW! Continued success, my friend!”
“Rodd & Lori:”Just wondering if you have the 6160 REFLECTIVE BURNT ORANGE striping in longer pieces. We are interested in using it to go on the ground effects/skirting around the bottom of the car.”Tapeworks:It is possible. Get us some Length and Width dimensions of the stripes you need and we will see what we can do. BTW: Your Camaro looks HOT!Rodd & Lori:”We appreciate the reply, Rodd is still deciding what he wants to do. Thank you for admiring his Camaro, he loves the improvements he’s made and the striping on the rims really sets his car apart from others.”
Dean Sword - 2017 Camaro Fifty 50th Anniversary Edition
“I worked with you to get the right color for my wheels. I like to make my cars a little different than others by doing things like a wheel stripe. You sent me color samples and the color ended up being closest to the orange that I had previously ordered for my Corvette. I get lots of comments on how clean and sharp my Fifty is, and people love the Fifty only wheels with my added stripes. The wheel stripes are nicely accented by the tire lettering and orange touches. I’ve added some pictures of the car below and would be proud to have it showcased in your newsletter emails, during this year of the Camaro! Thank you!”
“ITS A NEAR PERFECT MATCH!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!”
“Hi guys, just a quick note to say just finished the wheels on my 2002 ABT Wide bodied Audi TT and think it looks great with the help of you guys at stripe-it-all. Great product! Thanks”Tapeworks:Awesome! Thanks for the nice pics and email. Another happy Stripe-It-All customer. We had a few questions for John and he replied as follows:Question: Did you install with the wheels on the car and jack up a corner at a time?Answer: I applied the strips with the tire’s off the wheels as the wheels were getting powder coated and also it’s easier to handle.Question: Did you have one person holding the tool and another person rotating the wheel slow and steady?Answer: I did the application myself rotating the wheel slowly on a home made set up - a circular rotation plate from my sons TV under a cylinder shaped physiotherapy leg roller.Tapeworks Request:Can you take a pic of the tool held up against the wheel so we can show how you set it up for your installation. Also, if you have larger images, please send them (it may be best to send them in separate emails if they are huge). We are working on a newsletter highlighting some of our worldly customers!!Cheers,Rob “Mr. Stripe-It-All” Masecar”
“Hello, Just want to say that I’m super happy after installing my Rimstripes on my Kawasaki Z125 KRT edition! As you can see, I kept the factory “125” rim decals (I love those too!) and ran my Rimstripes up to both sides of it. Looks like a professional factory finish now, very awesome! Thanks again!”5/22/17 “Hi Rob, Here’s a picture for you. The Rimstripes really complete the look, I am still so very impressed every time I look at it. Jonathan Rea would be proud!”
“I am very pleased with the look of my wheels now that I have added your rim tape. I did mess up my first attempt, after that it was so easy to apply with the help of my wife. I have attached a couple of photographs. Thanks for a great tool and rim tape. Cheers.”
“just finished adding your stripe-it-all product to my wheels. Attached is a photo of the car. The red stripe add a nice touch. Also attached are two photos of your application tool, a modified version. FYI, we tried all the tricks with the kit, but wound up cutting and modifying it so that it would work a little more smoothly on this style of wheel. Your promo video is a little misleading, it takes time, patience and two people to apply the stripes on mounted wheels. It would also help if the stripes were on a heavier base material. They stretch and wrinkle very easily if you’re not careful. Please take these as constructive comments.”

Loving the color added to the grey/silver scheme! Used your stripe tool, worked perfect again; I’ve done many of my vehicals, and even my riding lawn mower (sent you a pic of that already). Long time customer; many motorcycles and cars rim-striped and will continue to be!! Thanks again.”
“I purchased your stripe-it-all kit and love it. I’m curious as to whether it is safe to use something like Sonax Wheel Cleaner Plus on the wheel with the stripe. Thanks and love your product! What I liked is that you included a few extra strips to practice. And trust me I needed all the strips that you included as I made a couple of mistakes along the way. Needless to say, I was under the gun when I was on the last strip. Talk about pressure. lol”Answer: We don’t have a good answer other than Sonax, or any wheel cleaner, has ingredients that must be kind of harsh to remove brake dust and grime. Since you will always have to scrub the wheels anyway to get them really clean, stick with soap and water and you won’t have any problems.”
“Very happy with the results. Looks great and very sharp looking.”
“We finally got both bikes done. Mine, Bethany’s is the black 2016 Kawasaki Concours, and the burgundy 2009 Kawasaki Concours is my friend Colie’s bike. We ride together with Women in the Wind. We love our rimstripes. Thanks for making it so easy.”
“Here is a shot of my 2015 Mustang 2.3L EcoBoost with the optional performance suspension package; including 19” black wheels. Stripes really set it off. Installations was a breeze with your special tool.”
“As one of the original Kickstarter backers he has been installing them on everything from hubcaps, to car and motorcycle wheels.6/17/14 “Playing around with my handy- dandy tool. Took me 60 seconds to stripe this wheel cover.”2/19/15 “Put the stripes on the back wheel since it was off the bike… used my lazy susan turntable thing- pretty easy like that.”2/26/15 “Here’s the tool set-up for the 750 wheels”
“Here’s some pictures of my ‘68 C/10 with a single 1/8” orange stripe and my “05 with two 1/8” gold metallic stripes. Thank you for including me as one of your e-mail friends. I enjoy looking at how other’s use your product to enhance the appearance of their cars. I’ve included some pictures of my NOS equipped 1988 IROC-Z for your consideration. I used your 1/4” gold metallic stipes on the American Torque Thrusts. I think the stripes help tie the car together. I also have a 1968 Pro-Street C/10. I used your 1/8” orange stripes on the front 10-spoke E/T Gassers and the rear Weld Star Lights. The truck is running a 383 stoker with dual quads. I also have a 2005 Silverado. I striped the wheels on it with two 1/8” gold stripes. Makes the truck look so much better than pure stock. A friend wants me to strip the wheels on his 2016 Vette and another wants me to stripe his wheels on his supercharged Dodge. Very impressed with Stripe-It-All.”
“Sooo glad I went with vinyl stripes vs paint or air brush, looks super cool and I used the reflective tape! In the event of a scratch, I just re-stripe. The tool was super freaking easy. I didn’t even practice and did all four tires first go around. Tip – take all tires off, stack them on top of each other, then just use the tool as instructed while walking around the tire/wheel vs spinning…so easy. I am so excited I am looking at other decals to use!”
“I got my stripes and tool today for my 2016 Z06. The results look good. I was able to install the rim stripes the same day I received them. The hardest part was jacking the car up with the wheels off the ground. After watching the video and reading the instruction sheets, installation was breeze. The rim stripes give a great look to the car. Thanks Rob”
“Tapeworks: Celeste was looking at getting a new Civic. She sent us a pic of the Civic R with the red rimstripes and red piping at the bottom of the skirting and wanted to know if we could do something like that. And in Reflective Red so it would pop at night when headlights shine on it. We said, “Bring it on down.” Next thing you know, she drops off a brand new black Civic for a little jazzing up. When we got it done we sent her a few pics for her enjoyment!Celeste: “Looks great Rob! See you again soon!”

“Hi there. I was happy to get my rimstripe kit last week and was able to install them today. I ordered the tool, but really should have watched the video before trying to use it. I abandoned the tool after a minute and installed by hand. Didn’t take that long, really, and the stripes look good. As requested, I’m sending some before and after pics. Unfortunately it was overcast and drizzly today so the background is just garage. Still, enjoy!PS: My husband just ordered some for his Slingshot. Maybe we’ll use the tool to put those on. My rimstripes were the perfect finishing touch to my Captain America VFR1200.”
“Hey guys just wanted to send a picture of my snow ready wheels. I talked to you at SEMA and your Pinstripe tool and Pinstripes. Thanks much it worked great and looks cool.”
“Hi Rob, I just wanted to drop you a quick note and let you know how awesome the Strip it all tool is and how well the Rim Strips turned out. Thanks a ton. I’ll be sure to spread the word!! Thanks”

“Breyon drove up from Tampa, FL to have us install 1/8” rimstripes on his Camaro. That’s 11 hours one way!”
“Thank you for the great product!”
“Mr Ess installs rimstripes on 55 wheels!Mr ESS:”Feel free to use the attached pictures. They’re not brilliant, just phone shots. The tool was used to install 6mm stripes to 55x wheels for a major British Superbike Team. So ... 110 rimstripes! This job would have been a serious headache job without the Stripe-It-All tool!!”Tapeworks:We had NO IDEA that Mark needed to install rimstripes on 55 wheels! 110 rimstripes. That’s crazy! We had a bunch of questions and emailed them to Mr ESS. He was gracious enough to answer a few of our questions about the tool and what he thought about it.Q: How did you prep the wheels?A: The wheels were prepped by wiping with Isopropanol Alcohol.Q: Did you install the rimstripes with the wheels laying flat on a table?A: No, we found it easier to put the wheel in a manual balancing stand. This allowed us to turn the wheel with one hand, whilst using the striping tool with the other in one smooth movement. The same could be done by lifting the bikes wheels with a paddock stand or similar to allow the wheels to turn.Q: Did you need to read the instructions? If so, were they clear?A: Yes the instructions were very clear.Q: Was the tool simple to set up for your application?A: The tool was simple to set up, and a technique was quickly established. Each stripe could then be completed in about 2 minutes, including mounting and dismounting the wheels and trimming either side of the wheel manufacturers logos.Q: Did you need to experiment very much?A: Very little. Sometimes it was easy to rush with so many wheels to stripe, but when done smoothly and calmly, the result is a perfect stripe every time!”
“Thank you for the excellent products”
“Hi Guys! Hope all’s going great at your end. I thought of sharing my bikes pic as well. I have used the Italian designed reflective on my Benelli TNT600i in India. Thanks”

“- Terrible installation experience w 1/4 rimstripesBeth Anne:”I recently purchased some rim stripes for my 2016 H-D Softail Slim S. I’ve used your products before on several bikes and I must say, I don’t ever recall it looking this bad. The application of the product was very tough. I stopped after doing the front wheel and wanted to ask what I am missing here. As you can see in the pics below, the application wasn’t symmetrical and it looks like a 4 year old did the installation. I opted to pay the price for your product as I’ve used it in the past and it was always top quality. Could the problem be with the width that I purchased? As you can see in the pics, the Kawaski Ninja also has Rim Stripes in 6017 installed. The width of the ninja stripes is approximately 3/8”. I’d appreciate your feedback. I did not purchase the install tool as I had never used it in the past. If a quality installation is only to be expected with the purchase of the tool, perhaps you could update your website to state this. Please advise as I am rather disappointed with the product and install so far.”Tapeworks reply:This is Rob, owner of Tapeworks and designer of the installation tool. Sorry your installation isn’t perfect but that is exactly why we designed the tool so you don’t have to rely on hand eye coordination and high skill level. We show so many testimonials and examples of customers installations using the tool on Corvettes, Hellcats, Panigales, Scooters, etc. If that is not enough proof we’re not sure what else we can do. We state on each webstore rimstripe, “We strongly recommend installing Rimstripes with a Stripe-It-All™ tool for the easiest installation.” And any customer we talk to or email with questions, we tell them we will never again install rimstripes without the tool. We did it by hand for 20 years and got good at it but most customers don’t have that luxury. On the other hand, we have customers adamant that they don’t need the tool, and so they order rimstripes without the tool. Sometimes with ok results, sometimes with poor results. I don’t know if you watched any of the videos showing the tool perfectly installing rimstripes in about 30 seconds. Why would anyone want to do it any other way? The tool is discounted $5.00 to $19.95 when ordered online with a set of rimstripes. This $5 discount will automatically apply when both items are present in your cart.See attachment of a disk hubcap that we installed 25 perfectly parallel rimstripes on using the tool (plus a threaded rod extension to allow additional installations past the outer 6 stripes). You wouldn’t want to attempt that by hand.Beth Anne: ”Thanks for your note. I appreciate your reply. The stripes on the Ninja in the picture were installed around 2003. I purchased 2 sets (of the rolls) in reflective red and gray. I also purchased CarbonLook vinyl fro our and did the Ninja (lower body parts). As you can see, they stripes look fine and have held up very well all these years. I did watch a video this morning where you put on 3 - 1/4” yellow stripes on a rim w/ the tool. There’s no question the tool works but it would have been much better if I didn’t have to waste product to find this out. I have no problem with purchasing the tool, especially if it will work.”
“I wanted to say you put out an amazing product. I’ve used wheel tape on my motorcycles for years and was very impressed with your products. I added a few pictures of my 2016 Charger SRT 392 using your 1/4” bright blue metallic. It is a near match for the B5 blue.I chose the color just from browsing your website. I thought that it looked close and the original name for B5 blue in the 60’s was called bight blue metallic. Setting the tape in the tool gave me problems at first, but as soon as I figured it out, it was the easiest and best wheel stripe tool I’ve used. I’ve installed countless wheel stripes prior to this one. I did the install by myself. It took me less than an hour. Cleaning and prepping the surface was the most time consuming, followed by trying to fit the floor jack under the car since it sits so low. I watched the video and it was very helpful. A tip to pass along to new customers is to first do a “dry” run without any tape to find out the proper pressure needed to maintain good contact with the wheel surface.”
“Tapeworks:Robin Shepherd emailed us from the UK wanting to order kit 7059, 2002-2009 Multistrada Street Number Plates kit but he wanted it in Matte White, which was not an online color option. We told him we did have that color in stock but it is not listed as a color option. So we worked out the details and shipped his order on 8/9/16. I emailed him that he owed us a pint for hooking him up with the Matte White color he desired.Robin’s reply:”I do Rob, thank you. Whenever you’re in the UK come visit.
